Yes, you can. You can make multiple bookings as long as the bookings do not overlap.
The minimum booking period is 1 day.
You can fill in the details and book the car you want to rent at any time through the website.
After the website is successfully booked and paid, if you want to extend or shorten the booking time in the middle, you can contact customer service to get relevant help. You will be charged based on your selected payment method if you want to extend the booking period.
Note: If the car has an upcoming booking, you will not be able to extend your current booking.
Please refer below for the booking cancellation policy:
- With more than 180 minutes’ notice before the start of Rental Period: Full refund.
- With less than 180 minutes’ notice and more than 59 Minutes notice before the start of Rental Period: 10% of total Rental Fees (except where cancellation is done within 30 minutes of booking creation time. In such a case, no cancellation charges will apply).
- With less than 59 minutes’ notice and more than 10 Minutes notice before the start of Rental Period: 50% of total Rental Fees (except where cancellation is done within 30 minutes of booking creation time. In such a case, no cancellation charges will apply).
- With less than 10 minutes’ notice before the start of Rental Period: 100% of total Rental Fees (except where cancellation is done within 30 minutes of booking creation time. In such a case, no cancellation charges will apply).
- Cancellation after the start of the Rental Period: No refund
Yes, a security deposit (one time) is required for each car booking.
You will also be charged additional fees if you exceed the given mileage, incur summons, damage the car, leave the car in a non-hygienic manner (smoke smell, stains etc) and/or did not adhere to our Terms and Conditions.
